Our client, a multi-award-winning EdTech Company has an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Business Support Executive. Having recently won the Scottish Digital Business Award for Education and Training in 2018, they are working with the best in the industry including the Scottish Government, the Welsh Government and over 2000 schools throughout the UK. This client is at the forefront of the EdTech sector.

The business’s main product is a web-based platform delivering world class literacy and language resources designed to engage learners, support educators and involve parents.

As the ideal candidate you will be a Gaelic speaker, experienced administrator, have a keen eye for detail, understand the importance of customer service! The ideal candidate will be a clear verbal and written communicator in both English and in Gaelic. A UK driving license is preferred but not essential.

It would be hugely beneficial if you have experience within education as an administrator, pupil support assistant or equivalent. Furthermore, excellent customer delivery skills are vital as you will be engaging with valued customers and partners. You will support the senior leadership, content and technology teams and have responsibility for managing customer enquiries, customer training calendar, overall office management including daily management of the help desk and engaging with suppliers and working through matters of compliance.

Offering the real living wage, a salary of £17,550 per year, this role is permanent and full time. Giglets is based in Kilmarnock, in a very modern office run by East Ayrshire Council and within a very short walk of the train station and other public transport.
