This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is offered on an open-ended basis.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gaelic Development Manager to work within the School of Humanities.

In this role you will develop and deliver policy in line with the University’s ambitions to secure a more prosperous and sustainable future for Gaelic; to support the use of Gaelic among students and staff throughout the University; to raise the profile of Gaelic and Gaelic culture within the University in ways which articulate with the National Plan for Gaelic.

The role sits within the College of Arts and University Services and will be jointly line managed by Professor Roibeard Ó Maolalaigh (Vice Principal/Head of College of Arts/Professor of Gaelic) and Uzma Khan (Deputy Secretary and Director of Planning).
